Like its sister villas, Casa Exotica has large open concept living-kitchen-dining room as well as several large open terraces, large garden, private pool, as well as our Large Garden Palm Rancho where we have pingpong and a large dining table for DIY group dinners or our private Chef services for the ultimate relaxing vacation. Casa Exotica also has the largest roof top covered terrace of the Del Pacifico Estate Featuring a romantic elevated lounging bed offering the most amazing place for 360 degree views of birds, wildlife, jungle and ocean.

Casa Exotica enjoys refreshing hill top breezes that keep the home several degrees cooler that the lower beach areas. The green design of the tower, lots of large screened windows and ceiling fans in every room, also keep the house well ventilated most of the day. There are two central AC systems, although they are rarely needed. The large outdoor Rancho stays naturally cool too. Exotica is conveniently located close to all of the area's local tours and attractions. At the end of the day, come home to peace and tranquility. Forget the crowds and traffic of Jaco or Manuel Antonio, enjoy nature at its best, park anywhere at the beach. We hope you’ll enjoy it!
