Guests can easily go from one to the other through the Gardens. There's plenty of space for group gatherings and lots of privacy for guests. The properties are large (3.5 acres total) so you will have plenty of room to relax and enjoy inside, outside and on top!
Each home's interior is FULL OF LIGHT, ELEGANT and UNIQUE with 10' tall ceilings and quality custom furnishings. The rooms are LARGE AND SPACIOUS. The hilltop breezes and ceiling fans keep the house NATURALLY COOL most of the day. There is an A/C system just in case, but you'll find it's hardly ever needed.
