Wedding Coordination
- Pre Event Coordination of Vendors
- Event Flow, Design & Layout consult
- Time line Creation
- Day of wedding Meeting and directing Vendors upon arrival where to set up etc.
- Over sight & Set up of Ceremony Site, Cocktail Area & Reception
- Setting out decor items (Name cards, programs, menu, table numbers etc.)
- Cleaning up & event take down supervision. Putting away of item and rentals to be collected by companies the following day (floral items, chairs, tables etc.)

Large Event or Rainy Day Plan Tent Rentals
For Events during the months of May-November, we now had our covered Jungle deck where we can host the Ceremony and Reception should there be rain. for events over 50 guests we recommend to rent a white or clear topped tent for your out door ceremony to ensure that your guests stay dry in the case of rain.
We can offer Clear tops and White topped tents and below are the recommended sizes for you depending on where you wish to have your reception dinner.
